Xihan Wu has a postdoctoral degree from the Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica.Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is also a Postdoctoral fellow of the University of Michigan State University.

He used to be an associate research fellow of Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica.Chinese Academy of Sciences. He worked in Roche (China) R&D Center Pharmaceutical Chemistry Department as R&D director, department head and director. In PharmaBlock Sciences,Xihuan Wu was CSO, CTO, COO and Secretary of the board of directors.

He is awarded the “Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents” in the Jiangsu Provincial Government, and the "Zijin talent plan" by Nanjing. Xihan Wu has also published more than 40 articles and more than 30 patents.
