Rong Zhao has more than 15 years of experience in R&D and clinical development of innovative drugs, strategic development and management of the company. She has served as the head of drug metabolism and clinical pharmacology department in Roche and Novartis China, the core member of global development projects.She participated in the whole process of clinical development and registration of more than 10 international new drugs in China. She was the senior vice president of strategic development and clinical development of a start-up company.

Rong Zhao is the editorial board member of international journal, and has published more than 20 articles on drug research and clinical research.
